I talked to her forever and she is appreciative for our efforts. I tShe is so upset 
about what occurred in mulholland heights, but I explained to her about changes 
to signage and etc that will help. She also brought up a house that she thinks has 
squatters so I referred her to staff.

As they are the appropriate committee to handle this 

I am always happy to speak to residents 
However, where we have a designated task force, 

They should have this opportunity

Good Morning Alicia/David, 

I received a call from a resident who would like to come in to meet with you, 
and discuss homelessness issues and concerns. She lives up in Mulholland 
Heights, and explained one incident in particular where she contacted the 
Sheriff but they did not make an arrest; she went on to share that this 
homeless person had a meth pipe, and emphasized how concerned she is for 
her children and family.
